Review of Suyuan interior bristol vegetarian chinese

Cherished guests, rather than paying customers

It can sometimes be daunting to read reviews about your restaurant. Especially when you’ve only been open a few days. However, we are thrilled by this recent review of Suyuan, from Ellie Pipe at Bristol24/7.  We think it is a great summary of the the type of evening and food you can expect at Suyuan.

Bristol’s latest veggie venue – in a growing portfolio – opened earlier this week on Grove Avenue, just off Queen Square, and it is clearly a labour of love for the pair, who have set up a new venture serving “pure vegetarian Chinese home cooking” with meticulous attention to detail.

It is still early days for us, but the reviews are coming in and the customer feedback has been humbling for us. This has been quite a journey for us and we are so excited to introduce this new cuisine to Bristol.

Customer Review of Suyuan:

“Very fresh and tasty food. So different from many of the other local Chinese places. Really worth a visit. Very good selection, with plenty of options for vegans as well.” Will Thompson.

“This is a brand new all vegetarian restaurant. A group of us went on the opening day and sampled different dishes. The menu is very ample and offers much more than your standard stir fries. The food is absolutely fantastic and fresh and nicely presented. The staff are very friendly and offered us to sample different starters for a low fee. The restaurant doesn’t offer alcohol but the teas infused with fresh fruits are very nice and refreshing.” Anna-Lena Memmel
